Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's extensive experience includes scouting for inspiration in fashion capitals like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo transitioned to Interior Design, founding Field Flower Collective in St. Johns County, Florida. Her passion for textiles and décor—sparked during her fashion career—now drives her commitment to creating commercial spaces that blend luxury with practicality. A proud mother of two, Margo brings her keen eye for detail, color mastery, and tactile understanding to every commercial project, ensuring environments that elevate brand experience and inspire daily operations.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and global design sensibility to commercial projects. Her passion for minimalism and proficiency in DIY techniques translate into clean, functional commercial interiors that maximize space and visual impact. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, Nery understands the importance of creating environments that support both professional excellence and work-life balance—a philosophy she brings to every business space design.
