Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings over two decades of high-level design experience to commercial interior projects. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she spent 20 years thriving in the fashion design industry, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. Her career involved scouting inspiration across Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. This global perspective and deep understanding of textiles, color, and brand storytelling now inform her commercial design philosophy. After relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, Margo founded Field Flower Collective to serve local businesses with the same attention to detail and strategic thinking that defined her fashion career. She's a proud mom to Scarlett and Beau, and she understands the balance between professional excellence and family priorities.
SVP Design
Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural design sensibility and a passion for clean, minimalist aesthetics to every commercial project. Her proficiency in DIY solutions and minimalist design principles makes her especially skilled at creating commercial spaces that feel uncluttered, intentional, and sophisticated. She loves to travel and experience new cultures, and this global curiosity informs her ability to create commercial environments that feel both contemporary and timeless. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, Nery understands the importance of creating functional, beautiful spaces that support the daily rhythms of working life. Her keen eye for illustration and graphic design translates seamlessly into brand-aligned commercial interiors that tell visual stories.

Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective's commercial design projects, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey before settling in St. Johns County, Alana brings a broad perspective on regional design preferences and business operations. Her luxury retail background uniquely positions her to understand the customer journey through commercial spaces, ensuring that every design decision supports optimal client experience and business flow. A proud mom to her son Gianni, Alana is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat—a skill that proves invaluable in coordinating complex commercial design installations. Her gift for storytelling helps translate client visions into tangible design narratives, while her operational expertise ensures projects stay on timeline and within budget.
