Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design and founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. Now based in St. Johns County, Florida, she brings her passion for textiles and décor—sparked during her fashion experiences—to creating elevated, functional spaces for families. A proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, Margo understands the importance of designing homes that support both beauty and real life.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a rich cultural perspective and international design sensibility to every project. A mother to a beautiful daughter, Nery understands the importance of creating spaces that work for busy families. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, bringing clean lines and intentional design to her work. Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, which informs her ability to blend diverse design influences into cohesive, personalized interiors. Her attention to detail and illustration background allow her to visualize and communicate design concepts with clarity and creativity.

Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience encompassing merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations to her role as Director of Operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she understands the design preferences and lifestyle needs of diverse regions. A proud mom to her son Gianni, Alana is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat. Her gift for storytelling helps clients envision their spaces, while her operational expertise ensures projects stay on track and on budget. With deep roots in luxury service and a keen understanding of what creates exceptional customer experiences, Alana ensures every Field Flower Collective project runs smoothly from consultation to final installation. Currently residing in St Johns County, FL, she brings warmth, organization, and attention to detail to every client interaction.
