Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering the fundamentals of drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as the Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting for inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo's passion for textiles and décor led her to make a pivotal shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo brings her global design perspective and meticulous attention to detail to every commercial project.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich multicultural perspective to her design work. She loves to travel and experience new cultures, which informs her ability to create spaces that resonate with diverse audiences. A mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing commercial environments that balance aesthetic appeal with practical functionality. She is passionate about DIY and has a proficiency in minimalism, bringing clean lines and purposeful design to every commercial project. Her fashion industry background translates seamlessly into her interior design work, where she excels at color coordination, spatial composition, and creating cohesive brand environments that leave lasting impressions on clients and customers alike.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Having lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St Johns County, FL. Alana brings extensive luxury retail background that includes merchandising, marketing, customer experience, as well as the operations side—making her uniquely qualified to understand the commercial design needs of businesses. She is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking and can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Her gift for storytelling allows her to understand and articulate client visions effectively, turning even the most complex design requirements into achievable realities. Alana's operational expertise ensures that commercial design projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, she brings enthusiasm and precision to every commercial project she manages.
