Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now informs her approach to creating elevated, livable spaces. A proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, Margo brings both creative expertise and practical family perspective to every design project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective and passionate approach to design. She is a mother to a beautiful daughter and loves to travel and experience new cultures, which informs her sophisticated yet accessible design aesthetic. Nery has a proficiency in minimalism and a love for DIY projects, allowing her to create clean, functional spaces with personalized touches. Her background in fashion illustration and graphic design translates seamlessly into interior design, where she excels at color concepts, spatial composition, and creating cohesive visual narratives. Her ability to blend minimalist principles with warmth and personality makes her an invaluable member of the Field Flower Collective team.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail background to Field Flower Collective, with expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St. Johns County home. A proud mom to her son Gianni, Alana understands the importance of creating spaces that work for real family life. Her gift for storytelling and project management allows her to communicate design visions clearly and coordinate complex installations seamlessly. As a self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat, ensuring every client receives exceptional service from consultation through final reveal. Her operational expertise ensures projects stay on timeline and budget while maintaining the elevated quality Field Flower Collective is known for.
