Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings a distinguished creative pedigree to interior design, having earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. Her two-decade career in fashion design included serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Throughout her fashion career, Margo traveled extensively for inspiration, shopping in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during these fashion experiences, led her to transition to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. As a proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo understands the importance of creating homes that are both beautiful and functional for family life. Her fashion-informed approach brings sophisticated pattern mixing, textile expertise, and a global aesthetic perspective to every interior project.

Nery Vargas-Garcia graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design—one of the world's most prestigious design programs. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich multicultural perspective to her design work, having traveled extensively to experience diverse cultures and design traditions. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she deeply understands the balance between creating aesthetically stunning spaces and maintaining practical functionality for families. Nery's design philosophy centers on her passion for DIY projects and her proficiency in minimalism, creating clean, intentional spaces that feel both curated and livable. Her fashion background informs her meticulous attention to detail, sophisticated color palettes, and ability to blend form with function seamlessly. Whether working on residential or commercial projects, Nery's multidisciplinary training allows her to approach each space with both artistic vision and technical precision.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St. Johns County, FL home. As a proud mother to her son Gianni—whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy—Alana understands the importance of creating flexible work environments that allow parents to be present for both major milestones and everyday moments. Her gift for storytelling and project management allows her to oversee multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and client communication. Alana's luxury retail background translates seamlessly into managing high-end interior design projects, ensuring every client interaction is polished, every timeline is met, and every detail is executed flawlessly.
