Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings over two decades of global design expertise to Field Flower Collective. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she thrived in the fashion design industry, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her career took her from the studios of New York City and San Francisco to production facilities in Hong Kong, China, and India, while she scouted inspiration in fashion capitals including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul. This global perspective, combined with her mastery of textiles, color theory, and spatial composition, now informs every home office and residential project she undertakes. A proud mother to Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo founded Field Flower Collective in St. Johns County, Florida, to create beautiful, functional spaces while maintaining the flexibility to be present for her family's milestones and everyday moments.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery's multicultural background infuses her design work with global sensibility and creative versatility. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that balance professional functionality with family life. Her passion for DIY projects and proficiency in minimalist design principles make her particularly skilled at crafting home offices that maximize efficiency without sacrificing aesthetic appeal. Nery's love of travel and experiencing new cultures continuously expands her design perspective, allowing her to bring fresh, innovative solutions to every workspace project. Her keen eye for clean lines, strategic use of negative space, and ability to distill complex designs into their essential elements ensures that each home office she creates is both beautiful and highly functional for the modern professional.

Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St Johns County home with her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Alana's diverse geographic background gives her unique insight into varied design preferences and lifestyle needs, which she leverages to ensure every home office project runs smoothly from consultation to final installation. Her gift for storytelling and project management allows her to translate client visions into actionable design plans, while her self-proclaimed mastery of multitasking means she can juggle multiple home office installations simultaneously without missing a detail. As a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana understands the importance of creating workspaces that bring joy and energy to everyday life.
