Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered the fundamentals of drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as the Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration, whether it was shopping in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, or overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her passion for textiles and décor was sparked during her fashion experiences. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. She brings her global design perspective and meticulous attention to detail to every commercial project, creating workspaces that are both visually stunning and strategically functional. She is a proud mom of Scarlett and Beau.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural design perspective that enriches every project. She is passionate about DIY and has a proficiency in minimalism, creating commercial spaces that feel uncluttered yet warm and inviting. Her background in graphic design and illustration translates seamlessly into creating cohesive brand environments through thoughtful color application, custom artwork, and strategic visual communication. Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, which informs her ability to create offices that feel fresh, contemporary, and globally inspired. She is a mother to a beautiful daughter and understands the importance of designing flexible, family-friendly business environments. Her minimalist approach helps businesses maximize functionality without sacrificing aesthetic appeal.
Director of Operations
Alana has extensive luxury retail background that includes merchandising, marketing, customer experience, as well as the operations side, making her uniquely qualified to manage complex commercial design projects from concept through completion. She has lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, and currently resides in St Johns County, FL. Her deep understanding of operational workflow and customer experience ensures that every office design project is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations. She is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking and can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat, ensuring seamless coordination with contractors, vendors, and clients. She has a gift for storytelling and brings that narrative approach to understanding each business's unique needs and translating them into functional design solutions. Alana is a proud mom to her son Gianni and understands the importance of creating work environments that support work-life balance and employee wellbeing.
