Founder & CEO
Margo holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting inspiration in fashion capitals like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in apparel design, Margo's passion for textiles and décor led her to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo brings her global design perspective and meticulous attention to detail to every interior project.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective shaped by travel and experiencing diverse design traditions. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that balance style with practicality. Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalist design principles. Her fashion background translates seamlessly into her interior work, where she applies her expertise in color theory, spatial composition, and textile selection to create clean, modern spaces that feel both sophisticated and approachable. Her design philosophy emphasizes intentional choices and thoughtful curation.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations to Field Flower Collective. A proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana currently resides in St. Johns County, FL, after living across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey. Her diverse geographic experience provides valuable insight into regional design preferences and lifestyle needs. Known for her gift of storytelling and ability to turn even mundane events into epic tales, Alana is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat. Her operational expertise ensures seamless project execution, vendor coordination, and exceptional client communication throughout every design journey. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana's bucket list includes RV travel throughout Canada.
