Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's two decades of experience include scouting inspiration across Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion career, led her to found Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. Johns County, Florida. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo brings her keen eye for detail and appreciation for color to every workplace design project, understanding that commercial spaces must balance beauty with the demands of daily business operations.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective to workplace design, having traveled extensively to experience diverse cultures and design aesthetics. A mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she is passionate about DIY projects and has developed a proficiency in minimalist design principles. Her fashion-industry background provides a sophisticated understanding of how visual elements create cohesive brand experiences. At Field Flower Collective, Nery translates her expertise in clean lines, functional layouts, and purposeful design into commercial spaces that feel both elevated and approachable. Her minimalist sensibility ensures that workplace designs eliminate clutter and distraction while creating inspiring environments where teams can focus and collaborate effectively.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese serves as Director of Operations, bringing extensive luxury retail experience encompassing merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management to Field Flower Collective. Currently residing in St. Johns County, Florida, Alana has lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, giving her broad perspective on regional design preferences and business cultures. A proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana understands the importance of creating workplaces that support work-life balance. Her gift for storytelling helps translate client visions into actionable design narratives, while her self-proclaimed mastery of multitasking allows her to juggle multiple commercial projects simultaneously. Alana's operational expertise ensures seamless project coordination, vendor management, and installation logistics, guaranteeing that workplace transformations stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining Field Flower Collective's standards for elevated design execution.
