Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings a world-class design perspective to Ponte Vedra interiors. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she spent two decades shaping fashion design as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA, where she created Little Star Organic. Her career took her to fashion capitals including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while she negotiated production in Hong Kong, China, and India. This global exposure cultivated her sophisticated eye for textiles, color theory, and tactile materials. After transitioning to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, Margo founded Field Flower Collective, LLC, channeling her passion for creating beautiful, livable spaces that reflect the needs of modern families. As a proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, she understands firsthand how design must balance elegance with everyday functionality—a philosophy that defines every project she leads.
SVP Design
Nery Vargas-Garcia brings bold creativity and minimalist precision to Field Flower Collective's design process. A graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York City with majors in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design, Nery has cultivated a unique aesthetic that balances clean lines with cultural richness. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she draws inspiration from her multicultural experiences and travels to diverse destinations. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that are both visually stunning and functionally supportive of family life. Nery's proficiency in minimalism and passion for DIY projects make her an invaluable asset in crafting interiors that feel curated yet approachable. Her design philosophy centers on eliminating excess while celebrating meaningful details—an approach that resonates deeply with clients seeking elevated simplicity. Whether conceptualizing color palettes or sourcing unique décor elements, Nery's fashion-trained eye ensures every space she touches reflects intentional beauty.

Alana Marchese is the organizational powerhouse behind Field Flower Collective's seamless client experience. With extensive luxury retail experience spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations, Alana ensures every project runs smoothly from consultation to installation. Her career has taken her across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey before settling in St. Johns County, FL. As a proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana brings both professional excellence and genuine warmth to every client interaction. Her gift for storytelling and master multitasking abilities allow her to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Alana's deep understanding of luxury service standards ensures Field Flower Collective delivers not just beautiful spaces, but an exceptional end-to-end experience. Her operational expertise allows the design team to focus on creativity while she manages logistics, vendor coordination, and client communication with grace and efficiency.
