Margo brings a unique perspective to workplace design, shaped by two decades in the fashion industry working with global brands like Levi's Kids. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she mastered fundamentals across drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. Her career took her around the world—from scouting inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, to overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and later Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic, Margo developed an exceptional eye for detail, color theory, and material selection. After founding Field Flower Collective in St. Johns County, Florida, she now channels that luxury fashion expertise into creating sophisticated commercial interiors that balance aesthetic beauty with business functionality. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, Margo understands the importance of designing spaces that support both professional success and personal fulfillment.

Nery's design philosophy is rooted in the principles she mastered at Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, her multicultural background and passion for experiencing new cultures inform her ability to create workplace environments that resonate with diverse teams and clientele. Nery's proficiency in minimalism and DIY approach brings a fresh, contemporary perspective to commercial design—helping businesses achieve sophisticated aesthetics without unnecessary complexity.
