Founder & CEO
Margo brings over two decades of fashion design leadership to Field Flower Collective, having served as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. Her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City provided mastery in drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. Throughout her fashion career, Margo scouted inspiration across global cities including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. This international experience cultivated her exceptional eye for textiles, color, and spatial composition. After transitioning to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, Margo founded Field Flower Collective to create flexible, meaningful work that allows her to be present for her children, Scarlett and Beau, while channeling her creative expertise into transforming commercial and residential spaces. Her passion for creating functional beauty and her negotiation skills from global production management ensure every project delivers both aesthetic excellence and strategic value.

Nery obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design—one of the world's most prestigious design programs. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich multicultural perspective and deep appreciation for diverse aesthetic traditions to every project. Her passion for DIY projects and proficiency in minimalist design principles enables her to create sophisticated, uncluttered commercial spaces that maximize both visual impact and functional efficiency. Nery's Parsons training instilled rigorous attention to craft, proportion, and material quality, skills she now applies to commercial refurbishment projects throughout St. Johns County. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, she understands the importance of creating environments that support wellbeing while meeting demanding professional standards. Her love of travel and experiencing new cultures continuously informs her design vocabulary, allowing her to bring fresh, globally-influenced perspectives to local businesses seeking distinctive, memorable interiors that stand apart from conventional commercial design.

Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management to her role as Director of Operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she brings diverse regional market knowledge before settling in St. Johns County, FL. Her comprehensive understanding of retail operations, project coordination, and client relationship management ensures every commercial refurbishment project runs smoothly from contract signing through final installation. Alana excels at multitasking and can juggle several complex projects simultaneously without compromising attention to detail or quality standards. Her luxury retail background gives her unique insight into creating commercial spaces that enhance customer experience and support revenue goals. As a proud mother to her son Gianni, she understands the importance of work-life balance and operational efficiency.
