Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, where she created the brand Little Star Organic. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo's passion for textiles and décor was sparked during her fashion experiences. After two decades in Apparel Design, she made a purposeful shift to Interior Design, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. John's County, Florida. Her global design perspective and textile expertise now serve New Hampshire homeowners seeking elevated, livable interiors.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich multicultural perspective to her design work. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter and loves to travel and experience new cultures, which deeply influences her design aesthetic. Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, creating spaces that feel intentional, calming, and thoughtfully curated. Her ability to blend clean lines with warmth makes her especially skilled at designing interiors that feel both modern and inviting. Her global experiences and minimalist sensibilities translate into residential designs that prioritize clarity, function, and beauty—perfectly suited for New Hampshire homeowners seeking refined simplicity.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mom who loves the special bond with her son Gianni, describing him as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. She has lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, and currently resides in St Johns County, FL. Alana brings extensive luxury retail background that includes merchandising, marketing, customer experience, as well as the operations side—skills that ensure every Field Flower Collective project runs smoothly from consultation to installation. She has a gift for storytelling and can turn even the most mundane events into epic tales, a talent that translates into compelling client presentations and project narratives. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, she can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat. Alana is a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and a sunshine seeker who will travel for sun. Her bucket list includes RV travel all over Canada starting and ending in Kelowna with lots of time in Banff. Her operational expertise and client-focused approach make her the backbone of seamless project delivery for New Hampshire clients.
