Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in apparel design, Margo made a pivotal shift to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, she brings her passion for textiles and décor—sparked during her fashion experiences—to every home office design project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery is a mother to a beautiful daughter and brings a global perspective to her design work. She loves to travel and experience new cultures, which informs her diverse aesthetic approach. Passionate about DIY projects and proficient in minimalism, Nery excels at creating clean, functional workspaces that eliminate clutter and maximize productivity. Her keen eye for detail and illustration background allow her to visualize and communicate design concepts with exceptional clarity, making her virtual consultations particularly effective for clients seeking streamlined, modern home office solutions.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. A proud mother to her son Gianni, she has lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, currently residing in St Johns County. Her diverse geographic background provides unique insight into how different regions approach home workspace design. Known as a self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana can juggle several projects simultaneously without missing a beat—a skill that ensures smooth project coordination for virtual design clients. Her gift for storytelling helps translate complex design concepts into clear, actionable implementation steps. With her operational excellence and customer-first approach, Alana ensures every virtual design experience is seamless from initial consultation through final installation.
