Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration, shopping in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo's passion for textiles and décor—sparked during her fashion career—now serves Charlotte-area homeowners seeking elevated, family-friendly design solutions.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and global design sensibility to every project. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter and is passionate about DIY projects with a particular proficiency in minimalism. Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, which informs her versatile design approach. Her ability to blend clean, minimalist aesthetics with warm, personalized touches makes her invaluable to Field Flower Collective's residential renovation work. Whether creating serene, clutter-free spaces or curating statement pieces that reflect client personality, Nery's design philosophy centers on simplicity, functionality, and timeless beauty.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. She has lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, and currently resides in St Johns County, FL. Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience that includes merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management to Field Flower Collective. She has a gift for storytelling and can turn even the most mundane events into epic tales. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat, making her the perfect operations leader for complex renovation projects. She is a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and a sunshine seeker who will travel for sun. Her diverse geographic experience and operational expertise ensure smooth project coordination, vendor management, and exceptional client communication throughout every Charlotte renovation.
