Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, scouting inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo's passion for textiles and décor led her to found Field Flower Collective, bringing her fashion expertise to interior design. A proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, she now serves Denver clients with the same attention to detail and global aesthetic perspective that defined her fashion career.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings multicultural design perspective to every project. A mother to a beautiful daughter, Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, which informs her design aesthetic. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, creating clean, functional spaces that feel both elevated and accessible. Her Parsons training and fashion industry background bring sophisticated simplicity to residential and commercial design consultations, helping Denver clients achieve modern, uncluttered interiors that maximize both beauty and functionality.
