Margo Tomsey brings over two decades of fashion design excellence to commercial interior design. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, and graphic design before thriving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career took her to fashion capitals including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, where she developed an unparalleled eye for color, texture, and spatial composition. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, creating the Little Star Organic brand. After founding Field Flower Collective in St. Johns County, Florida, Margo now channels her fashion expertise into creating commercial spaces that blend brand identity with functional excellence. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, she understands the importance of flexible, purpose-driven work environments.
SVP Design
Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and global design sensibility to every commercial project. Her passion for minimalism and DIY expertise allows her to create streamlined, efficient workspaces that maximize both aesthetic appeal and functionality. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing spaces that support work-life balance while maintaining professional sophistication. Her proficiency in minimalist design principles makes her particularly adept at creating clean, focused commercial environments that eliminate visual clutter and enhance productivity. Nery's love of travel and experiencing new cultures informs her ability to create workspace designs that feel both globally inspired and locally relevant.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, Alana understands diverse business cultures and regional commercial design preferences. Now based in St Johns County, FL, she leverages her operational excellence to ensure seamless commercial project execution from initial consultation through final installation. As a proud mother to her son Gianni, Alana is passionate about creating flexible work environments that support both business success and family priorities. Her gift for storytelling and project coordination makes her a master at managing multiple commercial design projects simultaneously without missing a detail.
