After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she thrived as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. Her career took her to fashion capitals worldwide—Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul—while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. This international perspective informs her sophisticated approach to color, texture, and spatial design. A proud mother to Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo founded Field Flower Collective in St. Johns County, Florida, after recognizing the need for flexible creative careers that honor both professional excellence and family priorities. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during fashion experiences, now creates elevated everyday living spaces for Houston-area families and businesses.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural design sensibility shaped by extensive travel and cultural immersion. Her passion for minimalism and DIY craftsmanship creates interiors that feel both intentional and approachable. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing spaces that balance aesthetic beauty with practical family living. Her Parsons training in illustration and graphic design translates into expertly curated color palettes, custom artwork selection, and cohesive visual narratives throughout every project. With a background spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations, Alana orchestrates the seamless coordination of design projects from consultation through installation. A proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana has lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, currently residing in St Johns County. Her diverse geographic experience informs her understanding of regional design preferences and client needs. Known for her gift of storytelling and self-proclaimed mastery of multitasking, Alana manages multiple projects simultaneously without missing a beat.
