Margo brings over two decades of global fashion design leadership to Field Flower Collective. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she thrived in the fashion industry serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. Her career took her across the world—from scouting inspiration in Paris, Tokyo, Berlin, and Seoul to overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. This global perspective and keen eye for textiles, color, and detail now inform her commercial design approach in St. Johns County, Florida. After founding Field Flower Collective, Margo has become known for creating commercial environments that balance luxury with practicality, translating brand identities into cohesive spatial experiences. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, she understands the importance of designing spaces that support both professional excellence and personal fulfillment.

Nery earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a rich multicultural perspective and minimalist design philosophy to every commercial project. Her passion for DIY and proficiency in creating streamlined, functional spaces makes her exceptionally skilled at optimizing commercial environments for both aesthetic impact and operational efficiency. Nery's fashion background gives her a sophisticated understanding of how pattern, texture, and color create emotional responses—knowledge she applies to crafting commercial interiors that resonate with customers and employees alike. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, she understands the need for designs that work in real-world conditions while maintaining elevated style.
