Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a strategic shift to Interior Design and founded Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. Johns County, Florida. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now drives her mission to create commercial spaces that blend luxury with livability. A proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, she brings both professional excellence and real-world understanding to every workplace project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a multicultural perspective and global design sensibility to every project. Nery is passionate about DIY and has a proficiency in minimalism that translates beautifully into streamlined commercial interiors. Her ability to create sophisticated spaces with clean lines and purposeful details makes her invaluable for businesses seeking modern, uncluttered workplace environments. A mother to a beautiful daughter, Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, constantly gathering inspiration that informs her design work. Her minimalist approach combined with her fashion background allows her to distill complex design challenges into elegant, functional solutions that serve both aesthetic and operational goals for commercial clients.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail background that includes merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations—making her uniquely qualified to manage complex commercial design projects. A proud mom to her son Gianni, she has lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, and currently resides in St. Johns County. Her diverse geographic experience provides valuable insight into regional design preferences and business cultures. Alana has a gift for storytelling and can turn project updates into clear, compelling narratives that keep clients informed and engaged. She is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat—an essential skill when coordinating contractors, vendors, and installation teams. Her operations expertise ensures projects stay on schedule and on budget, while her luxury retail background guarantees exceptional client service throughout the design process. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana's bucket list includes RV travel across Canada.
