Margo Tomsey brings over twenty years of creative industry experience to her role as Founder and CEO of Field Flower Collective. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design before thriving in the fashion design industry across New York City and San Francisco. As Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic, Margo traveled extensively—scouting inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion career, led her to transition to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, Margo's design philosophy blends luxury with the practical demands of family life, creating spaces that are both beautiful and livable for Maplewood families.
SVP Design
Nery Vargas-Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Design at Field Flower Collective, bringing her refined design sensibilities and technical expertise to every project. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery's multicultural background informs her design approach, which seamlessly blends global influences with modern minimalism. A mother to a beautiful daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that accommodate family life while maintaining aesthetic integrity. Her passion for DIY projects and proficiency in minimalist design principles make her particularly adept at helping Maplewood clients achieve clean, functional, and elevated interiors. Nery's love of travel and experiencing new cultures continues to inspire her work, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to every design consultation.

Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to her role as Director of Operations at Field Flower Collective. With a comprehensive background spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management, Alana ensures every client consultation runs seamlessly from initial inquiry through project completion. A proud mother to her son Gianni, she understands firsthand the importance of creating flexible work environments that allow parents to be present for life's important moments. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, Alana now calls St. Johns County home.
