Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered the fundamentals of drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as the Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration, whether it was shopping in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, or overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She is a proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6. She was also Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her passion for textiles and decor was sparked during her fashion experiences. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures. She is passionate about DIY and has a proficiency in minimalism. Her design philosophy centers on creating clean, functional spaces that celebrate simplicity and intentionality. With a global perspective shaped by her multicultural background and travel experiences, Nery brings fresh, modern sensibilities to every project. Her expertise in illustration and graphic design allows her to visualize concepts with clarity and creativity, ensuring clients can see their dream spaces come to life before implementation begins.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mom who loves the special bond with her son Gianni, describing him as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. She has lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, and currently resides in St Johns County, FL. She has extensive luxury retail background that includes merchandising, marketing, customer experience, as well as the operations side. She has a gift for storytelling and can turn even the most mundane events into epic tales. She is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking and can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat. Her operational expertise ensures every design consultation runs smoothly from initial inquiry to final delivery. Alana's luxury retail experience translates into exceptional client service, meticulous project coordination, and seamless vendor management—making the design process effortless for clients.
