Margo Tomsey brings a unique perspective to high-end residential design in Cleveland, having spent two decades mastering color, texture, and visual storytelling in the fashion industry. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she served as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, where she led creative direction and scouted inspiration across Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul. Her work also took her to Hong Kong, China, and India to oversee production processes. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she founded the brand Little Star Organic. Now based in St. Johns County, Florida, Margo channels her passion for textiles and decor into creating personalized, livable luxury for families. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, she understands the importance of designing spaces that are both beautiful and functional for everyday family life. Her fashion-industry expertise translates into interiors with impeccable attention to detail and enduring style.
SVP Design
Nery Vargas-Garcia is a multidisciplinary designer whose work seamlessly blends fine art, fashion, and interior design sensibilities. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery's design philosophy is informed by her love of travel, cultural exploration, and exposure to diverse aesthetic traditions. She brings a minimalist approach to high-end residential projects, favoring clean lines, purposeful design, and edited spaces that feel both elevated and livable. A passionate DIYer, Nery enjoys hands-on creative projects and has a particular gift for transforming spaces with thoughtful, intentional choices. Now a mother to a beautiful four-year-old daughter, she understands firsthand the importance of creating homes that support both style and family function. Her proficiency in minimalism combined with her rich multicultural background makes her an invaluable part of the Field Flower Collective team serving Cleveland and beyond.

Now based in St. Johns County, Florida, she is a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana expertly juggles multiple projects without missing a beat, and her gift for storytelling helps bring client visions to life in compelling ways. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, she balances her professional dedication with family adventures and dreams of RV travel across Canada.
