Founder & CEO
Margo earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in fashion design for two decades, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she launched Little Star Organic. Her career took her around the world—scouting inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. A proud mother to Scarlett (10) and Beau (6), Margo's passion for textiles and décor blossomed during her fashion years. After relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC, bringing her refined aesthetic and global design perspective to interior spaces that balance luxury with livability.
SVP Design
Nery holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a multicultural design sensibility shaped by her love of travel and exposure to diverse cultures. A mother to a beautiful four-year-old daughter, Nery balances her creative career with family life, embodying the Field Flower philosophy of flexible, meaningful work. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, creating clean, functional spaces that feel serene yet inspiring. Her design approach emphasizes simplicity, thoughtful curation, and the beauty of natural materials—principles that resonate throughout every Field Flower project.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she brings a diverse perspective to her work in St. Johns County. With extensive luxury retail experience spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations, Alana ensures every Field Flower project runs seamlessly from concept to completion. Known for her exceptional storytelling ability and masterful multitasking, she juggles multiple projects without missing a beat. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana dreams of RV travel across Canada, with extended time in Banff and Kelowna. Her operational expertise and client-focused approach ensure that every detail of your design journey is thoughtfully managed.
