Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's career included scouting for inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now shapes beautiful, functional homes. A proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, Margo brings her keen eye for detail and appreciation for color to every design project.

SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective to her design work, informed by her love of travel and experiencing new cultures. Her proficiency in minimalism and passion for DIY projects allows her to create clean, functional spaces that maximize beauty while maintaining simplicity. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing homes that work for busy families. Her fashion industry background provides her with a sophisticated understanding of color theory, textiles, and visual composition. At Field Flower Collective, Nery translates her expertise into residential and commercial interiors that feel both elevated and approachable, always with an eye toward timeless design that endures for years to come.

Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with a comprehensive background spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St Johns County, FL home. Her diverse geographic experience provides valuable insight into different regional design preferences and lifestyle needs. As a proud mom to her son Gianni, Alana understands the importance of creating spaces that support family life. Her gift for storytelling and master multitasking abilities ensure that every client project receives meticulous attention to detail and seamless coordination. Alana's operational expertise keeps projects running smoothly from consultation through final installation, managing vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets with precision. Her luxury retail background ensures that every client experience reflects Field Flower Collective's commitment to elevated service and exceptional results that make homes both beautiful and functional.
While the 60/40 rule is a general design principle about proportions, at Field Flower Collective we approach balance through our fashion-industry training in color theory and layering. Our designers blend textures, patterns, and materials with precision learned from decades in fashion design, ensuring every space feels harmonious and intentional.
