Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design, bringing her global design perspective and passion for textiles to the Bay Area and beyond. She is a proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, and founded Field Flower Collective to create beautiful spaces while maintaining flexibility for family life.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a multicultural design perspective influenced by her love of travel and experiencing new cultures. Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, creating clean, functional spaces that breathe. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of designing homes that work for modern families. Her keen eye for illustration and graphic design brings a unique artistic sensibility to every interior project, ensuring spaces feel both thoughtfully curated and livable. Nery's expertise in minimalist design principles helps Bay Area clients achieve the clean, airy aesthetic that complements California living.

Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she understands diverse regional aesthetics and client needs. As a proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana personally connects with clients navigating family life and design decisions. She is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat—a skill that translates directly into seamless project coordination. Her gift for storytelling and operational precision ensures every client journey is exceptional from first consultation through final installation.
