Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting for inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a strategic shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now drives her approach to creating elevated, functional interiors. Margo is a proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, and brings her understanding of family life to every design project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective to her design work and loves to travel and experience new cultures. Her passion for DIY and proficiency in minimalism inform her strategic approach to creating clean, functional spaces that elevate everyday living. As SVP Design at Field Flower Collective, Nery leverages her fashion-industry training to deliver thoughtful color palettes, material selections, and spatial arrangements that balance aesthetic beauty with practical needs. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter and understands the importance of creating spaces that work for real families. Her design philosophy emphasizes timeless elegance with a modern edge, ensuring each project reflects the client's personality while standing up to daily life.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience to Field Flower Collective, with deep expertise in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St Johns County, FL. As Director of Operations, Alana ensures every design project runs seamlessly from initial consultation through final installation. Her gift for storytelling helps translate client visions into actionable design plans, while her self-proclaimed mastery of multitasking allows her to juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat. Alana is a proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Her understanding of family dynamics informs her approach to project coordination, ensuring that timelines accommodate real-life needs while maintaining the highest quality standards. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana's bucket list includes RV travel all over Canada with significant time in Banff and Kelowna.
