Margo Tomsey is the visionary founder of Field Flower Collective, bringing two decades of fashion design leadership to interior decoration in St. Johns County, Florida. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, Margo thrived as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her career took her to fashion capitals worldwide—Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul—scouting inspiration and overseeing production across Hong Kong, China, and India. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, Margo transitioned to interior design to create flexible employment that honors both career creativity and family moments. Her keen eye for color, texture, and pattern—honed through years in fashion—now creates stunning, functional homes throughout Florida.

Nery Vargas-Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Design at Field Flower Collective, bringing exceptional creative vision and technical expertise to every project. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in New York City, Nery earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the prestigious Parsons School of Design, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that balance aesthetic beauty with family functionality. Nery's passion for DIY projects and proficiency in minimalist design brings a fresh, contemporary perspective to interior decoration. Her multicultural background and love of travel infuse her work with global influences, while her meticulous attention to detail ensures every space feels thoughtfully curated and effortlessly elegant.

Alana Marchese leads operations at Field Flower Collective, ensuring seamless project execution and exceptional client experiences. A proud mother to her son Gianni, Alana brings extensive luxury retail expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived across multiple states—including North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey—she now calls St. Johns County home and deeply understands the diverse needs of Florida homeowners. Known as a master multitasker and gifted storyteller, Alana orchestrates complex interior decoration projects with remarkable efficiency and grace. Her luxury retail background ensures every client interaction reflects the high-touch, personalized service Field Flower Collective is known for. When not coordinating beautiful home transformations, she's cheering for the Philadelphia Phillies or planning her next sunshine-filled adventure.
