Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered the fundamentals of drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as the Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration, whether it was shopping in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, or overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She is a proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6. She was also Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her passion for textiles and décor was sparked during her fashion experiences. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures. She brings a global perspective to every design project, informed by her multicultural background and fashion industry training. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, which allows her to create clean, functional office spaces that feel both sophisticated and approachable. Her eye for detail and commitment to elevated yet practical design makes her an invaluable part of the Field Flower Collective team, where she helps transform commercial spaces into environments that inspire productivity and reflect authentic brand identity.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mom who loves the special bond with her son Gianni, describing him as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. She has lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, and currently resides in St Johns County, FL. She has extensive luxury retail background that includes merchandising, marketing, customer experience, as well as the operations side, making her uniquely qualified to understand the commercial needs of office environments from both aesthetic and functional perspectives. She has a gift for storytelling and can turn even the most mundane events into epic tales. She is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking and can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat—a skill that proves invaluable when coordinating complex office design installations with multiple vendors and contractors. Her operational expertise ensures every Field Flower Collective project runs smoothly from initial consultation through final reveal, delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.
