Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in apparel design, Margo made a shift to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now drives her mission to create elevated everyday living spaces. A proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, Margo brings her keen eye for detail, color expertise, and tactile understanding of fabric and texture to every design project.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural design perspective shaped by her love of travel and experiencing new cultures. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalist design principles that emphasize clean lines, functional beauty, and intentional simplicity. As SVP of Design at Field Flower Collective, Nery combines her fashion-industry training with her minimalist aesthetic to create spaces that are both striking and practical. Her attention to detail and illustration background allow her to visualize and communicate design concepts with precision. A mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing homes that accommodate family life while maintaining visual sophistication. Her design philosophy centers on creating environments that feel effortless, uncluttered, and deeply personal.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience to her role as Director of Operations, with expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St. Johns County, FL, where she ensures every client project runs smoothly from consultation through final installation. Alana has a gift for storytelling and project coordination, managing multiple design projects simultaneously without missing a beat. Her background in luxury retail gives her unique insight into creating exceptional client experiences and operational excellence. A proud mom to her son Gianni, Alana understands the juggling act that families face and brings that empathy to every client interaction. Her organizational expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction ensure that Field Flower Collective delivers not just beautiful designs but seamless, stress-free project execution. Whether coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, or ensuring client communications flow smoothly, Alana's operational leadership keeps every project on track.
