Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo's passion for textiles and décor led her to transition to interior design. She founded Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. Johns County, Florida, where she now creates spaces that blend her fashion industry expertise with functional family living. A proud mom of Scarlett and Beau, Margo understands the importance of beautiful spaces that support everyday life.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a multicultural perspective to her design work and loves experiencing new cultures through travel. Her proficiency in minimalism and passion for DIY projects inform her approach to creating clean, functional spaces with thoughtful details. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing interiors that are both stylish and family-friendly. Her fashion industry background gives her a sophisticated eye for composition, color, and texture that translates beautifully into residential and commercial interior projects. Nery's design philosophy emphasizes simplicity, functionality, and spaces that feel both elevated and approachable.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mom to her son Gianni and brings extensive luxury retail experience to Field Flower Collective. Her background spans merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations—skills that ensure every design project runs smoothly from consultation to installation. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, Alana now calls St Johns County, FL home. Her gift for storytelling and master multitasking abilities make her an invaluable part of the team, managing several projects simultaneously without missing a beat. Alana's luxury retail expertise ensures clients receive exceptional service and attention to detail throughout their design journey. Her understanding of both the creative and operational sides of the business helps translate design visions into beautifully executed realities, coordinating with vendors, artisans, and contractors to deliver seamless project experiences.
