Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry across New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in apparel design, Margo transitioned to interior design and founded Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. Johns County, Florida. A proud mother to Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, she brings her passion for textiles, décor, and functional beauty to every project, creating spaces where families can thrive.
SVP Design
Nery Vargas-Garcia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery is passionate about experiencing new cultures through travel and brings a global perspective to her design work. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the balance between creating stunning interiors and maintaining spaces that work for real life. Nery has a gift for minimalism and DIY projects, infusing each design with clean lines, thoughtful simplicity, and handcrafted touches. Her proficiency in minimalist design sensibilities allows her to create serene, uncluttered spaces that feel both modern and timeless, making her an invaluable member of the Field Flower Collective team.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail experience encompassing merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations to her role as Director of Operations at Field Flower Collective. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St. Johns County home. As a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana understands the importance of creating functional family spaces. Her gift for storytelling and master-level multitasking allows her to juggle multiple projects seamlessly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana's diverse background and operational expertise ensure every Field Flower Collective project runs smoothly from consultation through final installation, delivering an elevated client experience at every touchpoint.
