Margo Tomsey brings two decades of fashion design leadership to corporate workplace design in Florida. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, and graphic design before thriving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career took her to fashion capitals including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, and Istanbul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the Little Star Organic brand, deepening her passion for textiles and intentional design. After relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, Margo founded Field Flower Collective to create flexible, meaningful work that allows her to be present for her children Scarlett and Beau while delivering exceptional design to Florida businesses. Her global perspective and meticulous eye for detail now transform corporate workplaces into sophisticated, functional environments.

Nery Vargas-Garcia combines international design training with minimalist sensibilities to create streamlined corporate workspaces. Holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design, Nery brings refined aesthetic judgment to every project. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, her multicultural background informs her ability to create workplaces that resonate across diverse teams. As a mother to a four-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of flexible work environments that support working parents. Her passion for DIY and proficiency in minimalism translates into corporate designs that eliminate visual clutter while maximizing functionality. Alana Marchese ensures flawless execution of every corporate design project through her extensive luxury retail expertise. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she understands regional business cultures and can adapt designs accordingly.
