Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo loved scouting for inspiration, shopping in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She was also Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. Johns County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. As a proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, she understands the importance of creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional for families. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion career, now shapes her approach to designing elevated everyday living spaces.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective to her design work, infusing spaces with global influences and contemporary sensibilities. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that balance aesthetics with everyday functionality. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, bringing clean lines and intentional design choices to every project. Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, continuously drawing inspiration from diverse design traditions around the world. Her keen eye for detail and commitment to both beauty and practicality make her an invaluable member of the Field Flower Collective team.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mom who cherishes the special bond with her son Gianni, describing him as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Having lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St Johns County, FL. Alana brings extensive luxury retail background that includes merchandising, marketing, customer experience, as well as operations management. Her gift for storytelling allows her to connect with clients on a deeper level, transforming their visions into compelling design narratives. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, she can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to completion. As a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker who will travel for sun, Alana brings energy and enthusiasm to every project. Her operational expertise ensures that Field Flower Collective delivers exceptional client experiences while maintaining the highest standards of project management and coordination.
