Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered the fundamentals of drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as the Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. During her fashion career, Margo scouted for inspiration in major global cities including Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a strategic shift to Interior Design, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles, spatial composition, and functional design—sparked during her extensive fashion experiences—now drives her approach to commercial renovation projects. Margo is a proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, and brings both creative vision and practical sensibility to every project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural design perspective informed by extensive travel and exposure to diverse aesthetic traditions. She is passionate about DIY approaches and has developed a proficiency in minimalist design principles—skills that translate seamlessly into creating clean, functional commercial environments. As SVP Design, Nery leads the creative vision for Field Flower Collective's commercial projects, ensuring each space balances visual impact with operational efficiency. Her fashion background provides exceptional skill in material selection, color coordination, and spatial composition. Nery is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter and approaches design with both creativity and practical understanding of how spaces must function for busy professionals and families.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail background that includes merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations—skills that are invaluable in managing complex commercial renovation projects. Having lived throughout North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she brings diverse perspective on regional business practices and market expectations. Currently residing in St Johns County, FL, Alana serves as Director of Operations for Field Flower Collective, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. She has a gift for clear communication and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality or attention to detail. Alana is a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Her operational expertise ensures that the creative vision developed by the design team is executed flawlessly, with proper coordination of contractors, vendors, and installation teams. She is a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who brings organization and efficiency to every renovation project.
