Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo's passion for textiles and décor led her to found Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. Johns County, Florida. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, she now channels her design expertise into creating beautiful, functional interiors for families and businesses.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective to her design work, enhanced by her love of travel and experiencing new cultures. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that balance style with family functionality. Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, bringing clean lines and intentional design choices to every project. Her fashion background gives her an exceptional eye for proportion, texture, and color harmony, which she translates seamlessly into interior spaces that feel both curated and livable.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. With extensive experience living across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St. Johns County, FL home. Alana brings a robust luxury retail background encompassing merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations—skills that translate perfectly to managing complex design projects. Known for her gift of storytelling and ability to turn even mundane events into epic tales, she brings personality and warmth to client relationships. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana juggles multiple projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat, ensuring every detail of your turnkey design experience runs smoothly from initial consultation through final installation. When she's not coordinating beautiful interiors, this die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan dreams of RV travel across Canada.
