Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and later as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her two decades in apparel design took her across the globe—from scouting inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, to overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. After years of mastering textiles, color theory, and brand storytelling in fashion, Margo made a deliberate shift to interior design when she moved to St. Johns County, Florida, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces is matched only by her dedication to being present for her children, Scarlett and Beau. She brings the same meticulous attention to detail and creative vision that defined her fashion career to every interior design project.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and global aesthetic sensibility to every project. Her passion for DIY and proficiency in minimalism allow her to create spaces that are both functional and beautifully curated, with clean lines and intentional design choices. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, she understands the importance of creating homes that serve multiple purposes—stylish enough for entertaining yet practical for everyday family life. Nery's love for travel and experiencing new cultures informs her design philosophy, bringing eclectic yet cohesive elements into her work. Her ability to blend minimalist principles with warm, inviting touches makes her an invaluable member of the Field Flower Collective team, where she helps clients achieve elevated interiors that feel effortlessly sophisticated.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience to Field Flower Collective, with expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey before settling in St. Johns County, she understands diverse regional aesthetics and what makes each community unique. As a proud mother to her son Gianni, Alana knows firsthand the juggling act of managing multiple priorities—a skill she applies masterfully to coordinating complex design projects. Her luxury retail background gives her a keen understanding of how to create exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every Field Flower client feels valued and heard throughout their design journey. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana seamlessly manages project timelines, vendor coordination, and client communication while maintaining the warm, personal touch that defines the Field Flower approach.
