Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings a unique perspective to commercial renovation, combining a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City with two decades of fashion design leadership. Her career included serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, where she mastered international sourcing across Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, and oversaw production in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic, deepening her passion for textiles and design excellence. After relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, Margo founded Ontario Building Solutions to bring her fashion industry expertise—her keen eye for detail, color mastery, and tactile understanding of materials—to commercial interior transformation. A proud mother of two, Margo's transition to commercial renovation stemmed from a desire to create flexible work that honors both professional excellence and family priorities, an ethos that defines Ontario Building Solutions' client-focused approach.

A graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York City with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design, Nery's creative foundation is both technically rigorous and artistically adventurous.
