Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings a distinctive creative vision shaped by her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City and two decades in the fashion design industry. As Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic, Margo developed expertise in textiles, color theory, and trend forecasting while scouting inspiration across Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul. She oversaw production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India, honing her negotiation skills and attention to detail. After founding Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. Johns County, Florida, Margo now channels her fashion-industry mastery into creating interiors that balance luxury with the practical needs of modern living. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, she understands firsthand the importance of designing spaces that serve both aesthetic aspirations and everyday family life.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective and a passion for minimalism to her interior design work. Her proficiency in DIY techniques and clean-lined aesthetics allows her to create spaces that feel effortlessly curated yet deeply intentional. As a mother to a beautiful four-year-old daughter, Nery understands the delicate balance between sophistication and functionality that families require. Her love of travel and experiencing new cultures informs her design approach, infusing projects with global inspiration while maintaining a refined, contemporary sensibility. At Field Flower Collective, Nery's artistic versatility and keen eye for detail ensure that every space she designs reflects both beauty and livability.

Alana Marchese oversees the seamless execution of Field Flower Collective's design projects with a background rooted in luxury retail, merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey before settling in St. Johns County, Alana brings a broad understanding of diverse lifestyles and regional preferences to her role. Her gift for storytelling and exceptional multitasking abilities ensure that every project detail—from vendor coordination to client communication—is handled with precision and care.
