Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's career included scouting for inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, creating the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. John's County, Florida, where she founded Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now manifests in creating elevated, livable spaces for families. As a proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, Margo understands the importance of designing homes that balance beauty with the realities of family life.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and global aesthetic to her design work. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that support family life while maintaining sophisticated style. Nery is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, bringing clean lines and intentional design choices to every project. Her love of travel and experiencing new cultures informs her ability to blend diverse influences into cohesive, personalized interiors. At Field Flower Collective, Nery's fashion-trained eye for detail, color harmony, and spatial composition translates into beautifully curated spaces that feel both refined and comfortable for everyday living.

Alana brings extensive luxury retail background to Field Flower Collective, with expertise spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. As a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana understands the importance of creating systems that honor both professional excellence and family priorities. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St Johns County, FL home. Alana is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat. Her gift for storytelling and attention to detail ensures every client experience is memorable and seamlessly coordinated from consultation through final installation.
