Margo Tomsey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry across New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. Her career included scouting inspiration in fashion capitals like Paris, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. After two decades in apparel design, Margo made a pivotal shift to interior design, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. John's County, Florida. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now informs her approach to creating elevated interiors. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo understands the importance of designing beautiful spaces that work for real family life.

Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and global design sensibility to every project. Her love for travel and experiencing new cultures informs her ability to blend diverse aesthetics into cohesive, beautiful spaces. A mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the balance between sophisticated design and practical family living. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a strong proficiency in minimalist design principles, creating clean, uncluttered spaces that feel serene and intentional. Her approach emphasizes simplicity without sacrificing warmth or personality, making her an invaluable asset to the Field Flower Collective team.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to Field Flower Collective, with a background encompassing merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations. Her career has taken her across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, before settling in St. Johns County, FL. A proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana understands the importance of creating spaces that nurture family connections. She is a gifted storyteller who can transform project narratives into compelling experiences for clients, and a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who juggles multiple projects simultaneously with grace and efficiency. Her operational expertise ensures every design project runs smoothly from consultation through final installation, while her customer service background guarantees an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint.
