Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry across NYC and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Her career took her to Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul for inspiration scouting, while she oversaw production in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in apparel design, Margo transitioned to interior design in Florida, founding Field Flower Collective to serve clients throughout the Southeast, including Memphis. A proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, she brings her passion for textiles, color, and detail-oriented design to every project, creating spaces that honor both beauty and the realities of family life.
SVP Design
Nery Vargas-Garcia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a global perspective and multicultural design sensibility to Field Flower Collective. As a mother to a beautiful daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that work for families while maintaining aesthetic excellence. Her passion for DIY projects and proficiency in minimalist design principles allow her to craft interiors that feel both curated and approachable. Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, bringing fresh inspiration and worldly sophistication to every Memphis project. Her keen eye for clean lines, functional layouts, and thoughtful details ensures that each space she designs feels effortlessly elegant and perfectly suited to modern living.
Director of Operations
Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to her role as Director of Operations at Field Flower Collective, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St Johns County home and extends her operational excellence to clients throughout the Southeast, including Memphis. As a proud mother to her son Gianni, Alana understands the logistical challenges families face and excels at creating seamless project experiences. Known for her storytelling gift and masterful multitasking abilities, she expertly juggles multiple projects without missing a beat. Her background in luxury retail ensures every client interaction reflects Field Flower Collective's commitment to elevated service and attention to detail.
