Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's career included scouting inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in apparel design, Margo's passion for textiles and décor inspired her transition to interior design. She founded Field Flower Collective, LLC in St. Johns County, Florida, where she creates beautiful residential spaces. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo brings both professional expertise and personal understanding of family-friendly design to every project.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural design perspective informed by her love of travel and experiencing new cultures. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, creating spaces that are both beautiful and uncluttered. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing homes that balance aesthetic appeal with family functionality. Her design philosophy emphasizes clean lines, purposeful décor, and thoughtful use of space. Nery's illustrations and graphic design background bring an artistic sensibility to every residential project, ensuring each space tells a unique visual story that reflects the homeowner's personality and lifestyle.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience encompassing merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations to Field Flower Collective. Having lived across North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St. Johns County, FL. As a proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana understands the importance of creating homes that nurture family connections. Her gift for storytelling translates into creating compelling narratives for each residential design project. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana can juggle several projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat—an essential skill in coordinating complex design installations. Her operational expertise ensures every residential project runs smoothly from consultation through final styling. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana brings both professional excellence and warm personality to client relationships.
