After earning her BFA from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she served as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, scouting inspiration across Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, and beyond while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic, developing deep expertise in textiles, color, and material selection. This fashion background translates into commercial interiors with exceptional attention to detail, sophisticated color palettes, and tactile material selections that elevate business environments. After founding Field Flower Collective, Margo has redefined her creative career while maintaining the flexibility to be present for her children Scarlett and Beau—bringing the same passion for beautiful, functional design to New Jersey small businesses seeking brand-defining spaces.

Nery graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York City with a BFA in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design.
