Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's career included scouting for inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA, where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in apparel design, Margo made a transformative shift to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, she brings her passion for textiles and décor—sparked during her fashion experiences—to creating beautiful, functional spaces for families.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich multicultural perspective to her design work. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter and balances her creative career with family life. Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, drawing inspiration from diverse global influences. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism, creating clean, functional spaces that maximize beauty while minimizing clutter. Her design philosophy emphasizes simplicity, purpose, and the thoughtful curation of elements that truly matter. Nery's unique blend of fashion training, minimalist sensibility, and hands-on creativity makes her an invaluable member of the Field Flower Collective team.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mother who cherishes the special bond with her son Gianni, describing him as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St. Johns County, FL. Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience encompassing merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and the operations side of business. She has a remarkable gift for storytelling and can turn even the most mundane events into epic tales. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, she can juggle several projects at once without breaking a sweat. Alana is a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and a sunshine seeker who will travel for sun. Her bucket list includes RV travel all over Canada, starting and ending in Kelowna with extensive time in Banff. Her operational expertise and client-focused approach ensure every Field Flower Collective project runs smoothly from start to finish.
