Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in fashion design for two decades, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created Little Star Organic. Her career included scouting inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production in Hong Kong, China, and India. A proud mother of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo's passion for textiles and decor was sparked during her extensive fashion experiences. After twenty years in apparel design, she transitioned to interior design in St. Johns County, Florida, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her keen eye for detail, deep appreciation for color, and tactile understanding of fabric and texture now inform every book design project she creates.

Nery holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, she brings a multicultural perspective to her design work. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of creating spaces that balance elegance with everyday functionality. She is passionate about DIY projects and has developed a refined proficiency in minimalist design principles. Her love of travel and experiencing new cultures informs her approach to book styling and library design, where she incorporates global influences while maintaining clean, organized aesthetics. Nery's illustration background particularly shines in her ability to visualize spatial arrangements and create cohesive color stories within book-centered interiors.

Alana is a proud mother who cherishes the special bond with her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she currently resides in St Johns County, FL. Her extensive luxury retail background encompasses merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations—skills she applies daily to ensure seamless project execution at Field Flower Collective. Alana has a gift for storytelling and can transform even mundane project updates into engaging narratives for clients. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, she expertly juggles multiple book design installations and client consultations without breaking a sweat. As a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, she brings positive energy to every client interaction. Her organizational prowess ensures that every book design project—from initial consultation to final styling—runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
