Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey brings over two decades of creative leadership to interior design. After earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, she thrived in fashion design, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Her career took her to Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul for inspiration, while she negotiated production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. This global perspective and deep understanding of textiles, color, and design fundamentals now inform her interior design work. As a proud mother of Scarlett (10) and Beau (6), Margo founded Field Flower Collective to create flexible creative careers that honor both professional excellence and family life. Her passion for creating spaces that blend luxury with livability stems from her own experience transforming her home into a canvas for bold patterns, natural materials, and multifunctional design.

Nery Vargas-Garcia graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York City with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a multicultural perspective shaped by travel and diverse cultural experiences. Her design philosophy embraces minimalism with a DIY spirit, creating spaces that feel intentional and uncluttered while remaining warm and inviting. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Nery understands the importance of designing interiors that accommodate family life without sacrificing style. Her proficiency in graphic design and illustration adds a unique dimension to Field Flower Collective's offerings, particularly in custom wallpaper and art pieces. Nery's keen eye for clean lines, functional beauty, and thoughtful curation helps clients achieve sophisticated spaces that support their daily routines and reflect their personal aesthetic.

Alana Marchese brings extensive luxury retail expertise to her role as Director of Operations, with deep experience in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management.
