Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she mastered the fundamentals of drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as the Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global. Margo's career included scouting for inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing and negotiating optimal production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. She also served as Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now informs every renovation consultation she leads. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo brings both creative excellence and real-world family perspective to every project.

Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and a passion for minimalist design to every renovation project. She is a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, which informs her understanding of creating spaces that are both stylish and family-friendly. Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, bringing global design influences to her work. Her proficiency in minimalism allows her to create clean, functional spaces that feel open and intentional. She has a particular talent for DIY solutions and enjoys finding creative ways to maximize renovation budgets without compromising on style. Nery's design philosophy centers on the belief that less is more, and that every element in a space should serve both an aesthetic and functional purpose.
Director of Operations
Alana is a proud mom who brings extensive luxury retail background to Field Flower Collective, with expertise in merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations management. Having lived all over North and South Florida, as well as in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she brings a unique understanding of diverse regional design preferences and home styles. Her experience living in Pennsylvania gives her particular insight into Lehigh Valley homeowners' needs and expectations. Alana has a gift for project storytelling and can manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously without breaking a sweat—a skill that proves invaluable in coordinating contractors, vendors, and timelines. Her luxury retail background ensures every client receives exceptional service throughout their renovation journey. A self-proclaimed master of multitasking, Alana ensures that every detail of your renovation consultation is handled with precision and care, from initial scheduling through final installation.
