Founder & CEO
Margo obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, mastering fundamentals across drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. She thrived in the fashion design industry in both New York City and San Francisco, serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, where she scouted inspiration in cities like Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul while overseeing production processes in Hong Kong, China, and India. As Creative Director for Kitex USA, she created the brand Little Star Organic. After two decades in Apparel Design, Margo made a transformative shift to Interior Design in St. Johns County, Florida, founding Field Flower Collective, LLC. Her passion for textiles and décor, sparked during her fashion experiences, now translates into thoughtfully curated interiors. A proud mom of Scarlett, age 10, and Beau, age 6, Margo understands the importance of creating beautiful spaces that support family life.
SVP Design
Nery obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City, where she majored in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery brings a rich cultural perspective and global aesthetic to her work. She is passionate about DIY projects and has a proficiency in minimalism that informs her clean, intentional design approach. As a mother to a beautiful 4-year-old daughter, she understands the importance of creating spaces that are both stylish and functional for families. Nery loves to travel and experience new cultures, constantly seeking inspiration that she weaves into her design philosophy. Her ability to blend understated elegance with practical solutions makes her an invaluable member of the Field Flower Collective team, where she helps clients achieve refined, livable interiors.
Director of Operations
Alana brings extensive luxury retail experience spanning merchandising, marketing, customer experience, and operations to her role as Director of Operations. Having lived across North and South Florida, as well as Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, she now calls St. Johns County, FL home. Her diverse background gives her unique insight into different regional aesthetics and client needs. A proud mom to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana understands the juggling act of managing multiple priorities. She is a self-proclaimed master of multitasking who can manage several projects simultaneously without missing a beat. Her gift for storytelling and attention to detail ensures seamless project execution and exceptional client experiences. A die-hard Philadelphia Phillies fan and sunshine seeker, Alana's bucket list includes RV travel throughout Canada. Her operational expertise and warm personality make her the backbone of Field Flower Collective's service delivery.
