Founder & CEO
Margo Tomsey is the visionary founder behind Field Flower Collective, bringing over two decades of fashion design mastery to the interior design world. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she developed comprehensive skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, illustration, digital video, and graphic design. Her distinguished fashion career included serving as Vice President of Design for Levi's Kids, Global, and Creative Director for Kitex USA where she created the brand Little Star Organic. Margo's expertise was honed through extensive international experience, scouting inspiration in Paris, Amsterdam, London, Tokyo, Berlin, Istanbul, Los Angeles, and Seoul, while overseeing production across Hong Kong, China, and India. After relocating to St. Johns County, Florida, Margo channeled her passion for textiles and décor into founding Field Flower Collective, where she now creates interiors that blend the sophisticated design sensibilities of the fashion world with the practical needs of modern family living. As a proud mother of Scarlett and Beau, she understands firsthand the importance of spaces that are both beautiful and functional for everyday life.

Nery Vargas-Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Design at Field Flower Collective, bringing refined artistic expertise and a distinctive minimalist aesthetic to every project. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York City, majoring in Fashion Design, Illustration, and Graphic Design. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in NYC, Nery's multicultural background informs her design philosophy with rich global influences and an appreciation for diverse aesthetic traditions. Her passion for experiencing new cultures through travel continually inspires fresh creative perspectives that she brings to client projects. Nery is known for her proficiency in minimalist design principles, creating spaces that feel serene, uncluttered, and intentionally curated. She has a particular talent for DIY solutions that add personalized touches while maintaining clean, sophisticated lines. As a mother to a beautiful four-year-old daughter, Nery deeply understands the importance of designing spaces that accommodate family life without sacrificing style. Alana Marchese serves as Director of Operations for Field Flower Collective, bringing extensive luxury retail expertise that ensures every client experience is seamless and exceptional. Alana has lived across the United States, including North and South Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Nevada, and New Jersey, giving her unique insights into diverse regional design preferences and lifestyle needs. Now residing in St. Johns County, Florida, she applies her gift for storytelling and project coordination to orchestrate multiple design projects simultaneously with remarkable efficiency. As a proud mother to her son Gianni, whom she describes as the most affectionate, kind, and sweet little boy, Alana intimately understands the needs of families seeking beautiful yet practical living spaces.
